I felt so held in this group journey. This journey was so helpful for me because although I had awareness of the trauma and the false beliefs I took from it, I didn’t know how to understand and dissolve those false beliefs. You made it so simple and easy for me to digest & integrate. It also meant so much to experience this level of vulnerability with all the beautiful women inside. This was such a powerful journey!

This journey was so beyond magical! I am so glad it happened to align when it did because this was absolutely the best experience I could have asked for. I feel like sometimes life just brings you on your knees so that you can look up and ask for help. This was my experience. That help came through for me in more ways than I could have imagined but it came because I was willing to ask. I was willing to be seen in my sorrow. I was willing to say yes to myself.
